These guys were willing to work with me all the way through the sale. I live almost 2 hours away and they met me in Brownwood to test drive the truck I bought. The next week I was working in the area and they brought it to me along with the negotiated price we agreed on! They fixed up the truck beforehand and I am very pleased with the purchase. Definitely worth the time looking for what I needed.

They are the best!! I left my vehicle on a Friday evening to get an oil change, tire rotation, and a leveling kit done on Saturday. We went camping and I was going to pick it up Sunday afternoon then pay my bill on Monday. They were fine with that, no questions asked. But, instead of having to pick it up Sunday, they delivered it to my house! Talk about customer service! I won't take my truck anywhere else!
it's no secret that I've worked for one of our "locals" and after speaking with THEM can you believe I NEVER got a returned call?!?! True story! Did test drive, with a local, but the sales rep was, obviously, starving and wouldn't budge on $ and ends up with "no pie" when a slice or two would have helped him. My gain as I found EXACTLY what I wanted...2 years NEWER, 32,000 miles FEWER, ALL warranties for about $3000 LESS than our "locals" AND a good trade in value!
BTW, I won't mention the 3 OTHER people who showed up and bought too. Oops!

No "showboating", you know what I'm talking about, THE GAME where you feel like a prisoner....stuck in a cubicle, for hours, slurping on 96 cups of coffee while what should feel like negotiations feels more like an interrogation as the sales rep runs to the GM and back to you, ALL DAY LONG, with the "This is what we can do" offer. UGGH!
